COMMERCIAL & JANITORIAL

Up to 1,000 sq. ft., one restroom and a small kitchenette in regularly maintained condition.
Larger spaces, initial deep cleans, restaurant kitchens and specialty floor care are quoted separately.

Routine kitchen, bathroom and surface cleaning, floors and onsite trash disposal. Bed-making is an additional $4 per bed; the owner or linen service must provide clean linens at the time of service.
All bedroom, bathroom, area and bed limits must fit. Additional beds, heavy mess, deep cleaning and larger homes receive a quote. Laundry and replacement supplies are extra.
LAUNDRY
$2 / lb
$40 minimum per order. Standard machine-washable sheets, towels and clothing, weighed dry.
Comforters, bulky items and special handling are quoted separately. Pickup and delivery, if needed, are priced by location before booking.
FULL TURNOVER SUPPORT
Turnover + laundry
Your listed turnover rate plus laundry at $2/lb ($40 minimum). Bed-making is an additional $4 per bed, using clean linens provided by the owner or linen service at the time of service. Includes restocking owner-provided supplies and a readiness check.
Supply purchases and extra errands are quoted separately. We confirm a combined total before scheduling.
PRIMARY CARETAKER
$450 / month
For one local property: two scheduled property checks per month, a check report and coordination of scheduled cleaning.
Cleaning, laundry, supplies, extra visits and guest messaging are separate. Hosting support is priced to the scope; this package does not include round-the-clock availability.
You approve the total first. These are base service rates. We identify any applicable tax, travel, materials or additional work in your total before you confirm. A booking request does not reserve a date or authorize extra charges.
